Andi, i try to be as honest as i can with myself when presenting myself to other people. I had to become comfortable allow ing some presence of discomfort for teaching and guiding purposes. Andd how to counterbalance my mysacrin desire to make sure everybody's always happy by allowing some of that discomfort because it's teachable. Or allowing some balls to just hit the ground that i didn't volley so they could learn. You're going to have to learn those, those skills if you're going to go into a helping profession.
