The Great Fire of London Line of Questioning
On June 6, 1841 a man rode out into the middle of the Thames to avoid being counted in the census. He didn't want to be counted so he couldn't be counted as staying anywhere. It's something that happens on a regular basis and still happens occasionally to this day. This has happened every 10 years for a long time. The last one was last year, 2021.
