The Department of Defense's Model for Competition in the Pandemic
I would love to see the Department of Defense sort of put about a competition model where we are looking for a certain capability. On August 1st, we're going to all meet the desert and whoever has a turn that can do this first prize is a hundred million dollar contract. And so it doesn't matter if you're Raytheon or Boeing or a tiny startup, everybody can show up on that day and try to win the competition. It really evens the playing field. I'd like to see it repeated in space. That's me would be very exciting.
