I grew up in the Rust Belt, similar to you where people are just in general as a whole, a lot more blunt. I think this is a, you know, be able to process your emotions and that comes from a place of privilege, I think. And there's a different flavor of that, I think in America, for sure. In the South, there's like Southern hospitality,. You know, people are kind of fakely nice and whatever. A lot of amazing people in the South, but that's definitely a thing.
