How to Create a New Tribe?

We need tribal leaders, we need at least 100 of them and each of them needs to have at least 1000 tweets. We can train our system with their language and build a new embedding for a tribe. For example, we have also created tribes for beer lovers, vine lovers, kana lovers and coffee lovers. There is another categorization which is basically about ethics and moral values where we have the bees, the ants and the leeches.
