Nate: How we can have, you know, give players the truth, but still show that we care about them. I did a very simple one years and years and years ago, where I asked players to rank their teammates on talent or ability,. And I asked them to rank them one of 15 on how good of a teammate they were. He finished the year as with the coaches award right he was a great leader; everybody saw that in him. That type of data was helpful wasn't just coming from me. So I think that stuff is great. It could be really, really helpful.
