How Many Strawberries Exist in a Year?

In 2016, the world produced 4.5 million tons of strawberries - 9 billion pounds in a year. In 2019, China is expected to produce over 242 billion strawberries. That's more than 200 per person across those four countries. But maybe we're not eating all the strawberries that are produced. Maybe you're throwing my strawberries off or they get eaten by someone else. They're just going to cease to exist at some point. So how about I just go with this one because I have a feeling it will end up being bigger than I think.
