In pulmonary hemorrhage, you can see ground glass diffuse opacities or even consolidations. Sometimes a mosaic type perfusion pattern can indicate a true arteriolar vasculitis. bronchoscopy and broncholveolar lavage are other diagnostic tools that we can closely with our pulmonologists to obtain. In some rare cases, a biopsy from the skin, lung, or kidney may be needed.
