I've been diagnosed with bipolar two, under pressure and anxiety. I always thought that rugby league, it was my antidepressant. That was my medication. And being involved in around the team, that was my group therapy. You know, my team, I talked about my struggles with them. And we bounce ideas off and you get shared experiences. And I don't know, like they help you through it. So, I'm just out there hoping and honest about who I am, how comfortable I am. It wouldn't have happened if I didn't put my hand up for it.
