Toul Svelin started in the commodities shipping business back in 1989. He later moved to London for a full of insects on the oil desk, freight derivatives and the oil complex. Then after all these years with experience he thought it was the right time to start swelling capital. Torque took 11 months to set the dollar, set it up properly from day one and we've now been up and running for six years.
