When people are experiencing self sabotage, or are self sabotaging, they act in behaviors thata that are like procrastinating, perfectionism, negative self talk, idance and conflict. And most of the time, these are driven by anxiety, and it's the fear and self doubt that comes with that. It becomes the most problematic when it does become a pattern in your life to the point where you're automatically doing it without even having to think about it.
