CHAPTER

Percyval's Traps

Perceval wakes up in this mysterious castle. He slept until the morning when day had broken and the household had risen. But he could see no one. The importance of this seemingly trivial fact that perceval didn't ask, what is the purpose or who is going to be fed or served from this brilliant gold grail? Now they go on to feast on bread and venison, mulberry wine and other sort of fine, tasty foods. And then they retire to their chambers - and percival goes bed. When he wakes in the morning, he finds everyone gone. So this passage, i think, is important because it emphasizes the the bewilderment and the feeling of betrayal
