The Value of Having a Purpose in Your Business

Harvard Business School students would rather invest in the male founder of an identical company. Women are dramatically more likely to found purpose-driven companies, meaningfully more likely statistically, than men are. There is this additional special sauce that if you have a purpose with your company, you may be able to eliminate the negative impact of bias when you're fundraising.
