The gardener said to her, every photo you see, it's taken before the divorce of the celebrity. And i guess that's the case when you're writing people's places and things - there's some dramatic point. We see it in susy's story,. perhaps, perhaps i'm saying at the end, and in you again, you cannot make the story about you. You have to leave it porous enough that the reader has a participation.
In Part 1, Chuck Palahniuk and I broke down some of the writing techniques, and analyze some of the famous novels and literature out there.
In this Part 2 of the episode, we talked more about his new book, People, Places, Things: My Human Landmarks. We even analyzed why he wrote it the way he did, and what was his intention!
Listen to this Part 2 out of 2, and make sure you check out Part 1 if you missed it!
