I don't think liquidity is a vulnerability for the broader big sized banking system exposure to some in liquid asset classes accumulated during a low interest rate period. I'm not overly convinced that this is enough to prompt a broad-based sell-off across all sectors. From an employment perspective this venture capital tech sector is a complete nothing burger. The Federal Reserve will not consider this anywhere close systematically important so much to affect their monetary policy stance and we have CPI coming on Tuesday which could change the picture completely.
