The Importance of Reporting and Sharing Information

PMO has a vital role to play in that data going back to the teams as well. And I think finally is one that we don't often think about with reporting and sharing information. We sort of take it, we kind of demand it from project teams and we shout at them and nag them. What we're not so good at is taking insightful information from the organization and sharing that back with the teams. Then we can rapidly use that to help us choose the right projects to focus on as well.
