Red notice looked cheap. It did not look like a block buster. There's a scene where they thyre at a bull fighting ring or something, and the the c g i crowd, it looks like they showed up hollywood and someone said, i know a guy who could make you a movie. Give me 200 million dollars. But again, they've been at it for years. Is there something structural about the way netflix works that that is making them miss this much, or not getting their money's worth? I think quality control for them on that front might be more difficult on the deal making.
