Is Your Self-Control Impairing Your Decision-Making?
The brain evolved basically back to front. The back is the more the older wanting part and the control parts are more in the front. But also it's tied into a glucose which is a chemical in the bloodstream that carries energy to your muscles and organs and to your brain too. So we find that when people have low self-control or have low glucose rather, their self-control is impaired and they do worse. And then the premier's josundra also uses a lot of glucose there but I have time to go into that today.
