In those three cohorts that's for nurses health study one nurses health study two and health professionals follow-up study there's biochemical analysis right yes. Subsets of the population we could not begin to afford to do biochemical analysis and several hundred thousand people but we unsubsetse of the population. That allows you to say okay we can essentially get a very objective idea of this person's nutrient status or hormones or whatever it may be. Then we can use that to determine is the information we're getting about their diet likely to be accurateright exactly okay so let's go over the the major findings that you've you've unearthed over the years from these cohorts.
