The cost of living crisis in the United States was a big story this year. The Federal Reserve had to finally admit that this stuff was not going away on its own and they raised rates by well basically from like half a percent, now it's three and a half,. That's a huge increase. And so it really split the market. We're looking at like a permanent state now where interest rates aregoing to be higher, inflation is going to be higher and that's going to slow growth.
