Petitioning for a Name Change
If an applicant is not happy with a name or feels that the name is wrong based on what their material really is, they can petition but it doesn't guarantee that anything will change. Once that is done and everything's been approved the second time around, then the applicant will get a letter from PCPC confirming what their inky name is. So, it gets assigned and it gets published on the dictionary site. If we still have any questions, we may refer back to the application.
