I think every player in the nfel should be obsessed with how much slow sleep you get, because that's when your body produces like 95 % of its human growth hormone. You know, people get in trouble for taking human growth hormon whell, if you can just figure out how to get more sleep, you're literally like performance enhancing drug For someone who's lifting is many weights as you are, and getting hit and potentially having little strains here and there. I mean, all that gets repaired during slow sleep. It doesn't cost anything to get a good sleep. And like how important that is compared to like, a massage? Is that really going to help you sleep better
