We worship on the altar of being busy. If you are not busy, then you're not contributing member of society was wrong with you. And because historically, we kind of worship this business ideal, most of the high achievers i coach really struggle here. We have a pandemic we are still dealing with, and talent acquisition and retention issues. On top of that, we have a constant and compounding change cycle. Because of this, the amount of energy that is required for the individual, whether you are leader or not, to be honest, is much greater. People just do not have the capacity for more ri haw.
