Water Based Computing Isn't Some One Off Invention
Water base computing isn't some one off invention. The moore in question here was professor arthur d more of the university of michigan in ann arbor. His machine operated on the same principle as lukanov's, but had a slightly more complicated construction. So it's possible that lukyanov read about turring, but i think that's somewhat unlikely. Turring starts describing so called turring machines in the late thirties into the forties. That's where the idea of turring completeness really comes from very broadly speaking.
