China's Artificial Intelligence Economy

The United States is limiting China's access both to the speed and calculative power of chips. Western AI developers can access Nvidia's A100 and H100, whereas the Chinese are being supplied with the 800 and H800 chip. The U.S. also trying to regulate capacity of chips to communicate with each other.
