But human centricity is about the acknowledgement that strategy is just a piece of paper without the human beings who are going to bring it to life. So we want to be able to think about starting a strategy process as we do any design process and that is fundamentally by starting with real human being, their needs,. And then getting tangible about abstract ideas so you can engage with those humans in a richer way.
