Dance Is for Everyone
I think it would be nice if everybody thought of themselves as dancers a little bit more. I often, and so much of honestly, what I wish to share is a reminder that we all can and should dance. And you really don't need any kind of training to just enjoy the concept of dancing. What is for you dancing? This is something that sometimes I start the movement classes. Just do whatever it is for you. Bring to the table what you've seen, what you know, what you are feeling at the moment. And just dance. Allow yourself to be silly. Let yourself smile while you're doing it because it's really liberating. It can be such an amazing therapy.
