The Supreme Court's Opinion in Santos Zaccaria v. Garland
The opinion by the Chief Justice is the primary dissent. In that opinion, the Chief Justice would remand for further Pike analysis given that they say that the plaintiffs did allege a substantial burden on interstate commerce. So in terms of the upshot here, it does seem like maybe SCOTUS isn't coming for state laws with extra territorial effect.
