Do You Feel Differently About Don Bancroft? I'm Payingent to Those Sorts of Things.
Don't bancroft is a good candidate for a more serious charge than illegally parading through the capital. We wanted to shoot nancy polosy in the brain, but we couldn't find her. The strange thing about the criminal justice system is that treating people consistently doesn't necessarily mean treating them the same. There are huge differences when it comes to bail. And i should say too, i'm not an expert on bail. So curious if you can discuss the stats on the disparity between those released on their own recognizance and those held. Are there any broader trends and how different jurisdictions handle defendants?
