The emergency was a socker ball in the middle of the tracks. After about forty five minutes, the train started moving. But innocuous threat or not, this set off a very present alarm for mark that had him avoiding train routes that went between burrows and bringing paper bags on commutes just in case he hyperventilated. From what i understand, it's like, how do i get out of here? Well, i'm in have this fear, and may not know anyone else with it when it comes to this hidden fear.

In this episode, producer Mark Pagán opens up to Saleem about something that’s been freaking him out for years, so much so that it's seriously affected his day-to-day life. But as Mark seeks out solutions for facing his fear, he finds out this troubling emotion may be more useful to him than he expected.
