The Importance of Splitting Staff
Teachers often fall on one side of the wall, either teaching maths or English. One idea is to split staff by year group and teach at opposite times for each subject. As someone who naturally levitates towards maths, my is pricked up at that idea. But I tell you what, I don't think that would necessarily be automatically beneficial for the children.
