Is Boris Johnson Underpriced?

Fraser: Boris Johnson is underpriced, despite talk of Rishi's UNAC surging ahead. If he really wants this and doesn't care about how difficult parliament will be, it seems to say he could well scrape a hundred MPs. The risk there is that the members, we all know that the opinion polls show that Boris was more popular than Rishi by that margin of three to two. But if the members also see that Boris is really not liked by his party, that the MPs say they were, it's quite possible the MPs could be three to one for Rishi against Boris.
