Spangler's Man and Techniques

I understand that this book has kind of an interesting history behind its publication, we had some Twitter threads I think a few months ago where we were talking about. Some of the things in this book were supposed to be a part of that journal if I'm not mistaken. Man and techniques was published in 1931 and based on the speech held in 1931 and the hour of decisions was published in 33. And he probably worked on it all through the rest of his life essentially the final 12 years. It's hard to say when he worked on what exactly so to go through everything run logically. By early 1924 the waters come for the Vaima Republic and Spangler was essentially done with politics.
