Timing the Market

Timing the market is a very negative thing, right? On the other hand, can we read the tea leave somewhat? Is it ok to say, i'm looking at what's happening right now, and i am, in a sense, going to try to time my investments in order to make more money? No, no. Period, full stop. Don't do it.
