The Russians Targeted Prokrovsk
Prokrovsk is about 30, 40 miles from the line of contact. It's always been considered slightly safer than Kramatorsk. A hotel called Druszbert was very popular with journalists and volunteers. Witnesses said there was no air raid warning before it happened. The first missile hit the building that was housing the pizza restaurant. The second one hit the hotel. Another one of the casualties was a police officer by the name of Vladimir Nakulin.
