Is WeChat Really Better at Consumer Engagement and Consumer Experience?
Xiaomi is actually very, very good at coming up with new stuff every couple months that is really fascinating and interesting. I think you have to give credit to the software, people of China, especially WeChat, of just being better at the consumer engagement and consumer experience side than Apple has been.
