Building on the Slack Platform
A lot of the businesses and players on that platform are not necessarily building businesses, theyre building features. And so then it's easy for them to getind obliterated by the platform maturing or implementing those features. So in the early days, transparency is so critical. We started doing these imperson meet ups with our reco systems. They got to know each other. It maybe it hasn't gone as well, but there's definitely moments where that human side is just critical.
