How Much Art Do You Need to Launch a Kickstarter?

I don't think you need all of it per se, but I was kind of disheartened by how long it took for our first campaign to actually deliver to our backers. And with mutant crops I know that it's already finished manufacturing which we said we were shipped by December and 100% think we're still on track for that if not quicker. So that's something I'm looking for in future projects. But I do know that some people like to not have everything done because then the backers can kind of sway how things go. Just kind of depends on what people want to get out of it.
