Aristotle is the main source for a lot of the book, how to innovate. Mainly because he wrote more about it that survives than anyone else. He says things can change but they have to change against a background. There are proter's a procedure, a process of change for everything - and so pomendadies got it wrong by suggesting nothing can change.
