Grief Is a New Way to View Grief

We want to practice loving the emotion. No one loves the feeling of grief, but seeing it is like my body is helping me feel this. We're transcending the experience by thinking about it in that way. And remember that acceptance and love are two really different things. So you don't have to like this experience, but you can accept it and embrace it because it is. It is what it is.
