The Relationship Between Liberals and Conservatives in Apologies

Researchers found that liberals are slightly more willing to apologize than conservatives. They're also slightly more happy to receive an apology or the apology has a stronger effect on their willingness to forgive, they say. There's a few reasons why we think this is the case: Liberals feel less comfortable with inequality and feeling like things aren't fair between groups.
