The Importance of Helping Out in Japan

HSC-4 was the primary HSC squadron on that deployment in the Hatter incident. I had to shut some stuff down for people flying too close to the plume. But they got the opportunity to go in and move and help as much as they could. The mayor of Fukushima came to San Diego to once again on the energy to thank the Navy for participating.
