The Disadvantages of Grappling

Since you are grappled, I would say you would have disadvantage on the attack. Well, I'm going to go for the attack with my, it's called an arm blade rapier. Do you know what that is? Is that like I imagine you're being like a sword, but why is it considered an arm blade? Oh, does it come out of like a little brist thing? Is it assassin creed style? That'd be pretty cool.
