Kubernetes - Is Terraform the Right Tool for Immutable Infrastructure?
This is, for me at the moment, an academic exercise just to try and learn a bit more about actually using Kubernetes locally. I didn't want to be treating this cluster like it was a, you know, a Faberge egg. And so what I ended up doing was using a terraform provider from a chap called Telmate on GitHub. There'll be a link to all of this stuff in the show notes. But where it got really interesting was I like to do static IP reservations through DHCP,. which might sound a little weird but that's how I do it too.
