The Relationship Between Coaching and Preparation
A very large portion of what's going to make or break someone's ability to come in and be successful is your preparation. Coaching is where you take something that someone has already been trained on, something that they've already been empowered to do, and you assess it. Teaching I believe as a leader is by far and away the most important part if you want to create entrepreneurs in your company. The training is the how. It's the what and the how. The teaching is the why behind it.
