Yen: I think it's a good book. It has some anecdotes, but honestly, i feel like some of the anecdotes are kind of just there because john dor worked with these companies or funded them. But over all, though, i thought, for example, mazom pets example, when they talked about idea of bringing the best of big company structure and goal setting to smaller companies so that they're prept to scale. David: The key concept can be explained in a lot fewer pages. You don't really need to read 250 pages to understand what an objective is and what key results are. So start right and pick up this book if you 're going down that
