There's a lot of social media content that's just like, hey, here's the study that looked at EMG and I'm going to make longitudinal inferences from the study. But there are still plenty of scientific studies where you can't necessarily assume that just because something leads to slightly faster recovery, it's necessarily going to lead to better gains. And so yeah, some things that improve recovery might help gains over time. Some might have a neutral effect. It probably depends onlike the mechanism of action as well.
