Sally Kohn: I've had the experience of watching people who were trying to do really important academic research. She says ethical review boards are slowing stuff down by weeks, months over dubious procedural issues. Kohn: It was just incredibly frustrating because from our view, clearly it would be beneficial to have been able to conduct that research.
