Interest rates are projected to reach eight %. How much will this affect the house price? Housing prices a lot. I mean, guys like the if you look at them, the fet is in a very tough situation where they have rampant inflation. E have this war, we have supply chain issues, and, um, we're under supplied on housing. So there's a lot going on. And what they usually have been able to do is use interest traits as a lever to kind of tamper inflation. That's how they've used it. Not in every market, for those are you was saying, it's not happening in my mynd market. There are markets that are still hotter
