What Is Enclosing the Rent?
Rent is the amount of money that people are willing to pay over and above what they could earn from a location. It's like riting a bike: it's very easy to do once you get it, but you've actually got to work out had a balance. The book will be published in two thousand wollollocks by Penguin next month. And i can see now that after one year we'll have more than three times as many cycle riders around the world as there were 20 years ago. We're going to create even bigger cycles in the first century - I'm looking forward to seeing how this all plays out.
